We saw what happens when people don't have someone trustworthy on the ground.
Our roots are in Costa Rica's hospitality industry, where the whole job is making visitors feel cared for and at home. Over the years we watched the other side of that: foreigners who fell in love with this country, then got burned. By a contractor who vanished. A title that was not clean. A residency process that swallowed a year of their lives.
Almost none of it happened because Costa Rica is hard. It happened because they were alone, trusting strangers in a language and a system that was not theirs.
So we built the partner we wished they had had. Local, accountable, and there for the whole journey, not just the sale. We are not an agency that relocated and learned the ropes. This is home, and we treat your move the way we would want ours treated.
We don't speak the language. It's our language.
Spanish and Costa Rican culture are not skills we acquired. They are who we are. That is the edge no expat agency can offer, and the foundation everything else at Nesting is built on.
